The role will be based in Poland, at one of Elevion Group's subsidiary Metrolog, which will also be the contracting company. YOUR IMPACT

• Consulting and implementation of D365 F&O Project Management and Accounting (PMA) for our internal clients – from business process analysis to solution deployment and ongoing support
• Analysis and documentation of customer requirements (DevOps)
• Responsibility for the configuration and customization of PMA to meet specific client needs
• Close collaboration with business departments, project management at headquarters, and IT teams to ensure the integration of PMA into the existing IT landscape
• Conducting training sessions and workshops for end users
• Active participation in the rollout and in the continuous optimization of the solution
• Ensuring the quality of implementations by collaborating with test engineers and development validating the solution against business requirements

YOUR PROFILE

• Proven experience with Microsoft D365 F&O - Project Management and Accounting (PMA) as an administrator or consultant
• 3- 5 years of professional experience, including at least 2 years working directly with the PMA module
• Good understanding of project accounting, budgeting, and resource management
• Experience in system configuration, customization, and process optimization
• Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to work with both business and IT teams
• Fluent English (spoken and written); Polish or German is an advantage
• Independent, solution-oriented, and proactive working style
